Q: Need childsupport reviewed and father is now on workman's comp how will state figure what he should pay
He is paying very little for 3 kids and was getting ready to review and he got hurt at work. I am struggling mom just trying to get by and wondering what I should do as I have been holding off on review and I can not anymore.
A: How it is figured is through a statute. Has there already been an order? The order must be followed until it is modified. What do you mean by review?
