Q: Can I find a lawyer in Richmond for a civil law suit against my former employer for a frivolous criminal charge and
arrest. The charge now dropped for the owners abstained and
prosecutor not to press the charge.
I believe the police officer worked in compliance with the owners
knowing that the charge is fraudulent. He get issued an arrest
warrant without giving any chance to me to defend.
