A: There aren't a lot of lawyers on this site answering Arizona worker's compensation questions. You can use the Find a Lawyer tool to look for lawyers.

Please Take Notice: I am not your lawyer unless we enter into an engagement agreement in writing. This is general information that is given for legal education only. It is not legal advice, and it may not work for your specific situation. It is impossible to evaluate a legal problem without a comprehensive consultation and review of all the relevant facts and documents. I strongly encourage you to consult with a local lawyer to get legal advice and help with your specific situation at your earliest convenience. I am licensed to practice law in Arizona.

A: There are 2 questions here. The first is if a cumulative or repetitive work injury can be claimed through workers' compensation, and the answer is yes. You need to have a detailed description of your work activities (what you actually have done for 6 years and the frequency of what you do that you believe led to an injury) and work place (desk, table, bench, and where everything is placed). You need to have a qualified medical expert provide an opinion that the work did contribute to the medical condition. These are complicated cases and you should consult an attorney.

Your benefits are based on earnings in the last 30 days or a longer period of time, whatever is reasonable
