Q: My dad was affected and awarded compensation in brush wellman/beryllium lawsuit he said after his death I get settlement

I wanted to know how to go about this finding out if that is true and what needs to be done on my behalf to make sure I am eligible and if I need to file anything in order to finalize and or make sure I’m not unknowingly not taking action needed for my survivors benefits compensation?
