My sister is US citizen and she has a store business. so can i work on store as my sister sponsor me for H1 visa?

Probably not. H1-B Visas require a demonstration that you have some skill the employer needs and has trouble finding. Thus, you have to work in your field. Work as a mechanical engineer would work, but working in a store will not.
