Q: My husband and I want a divorce, but still live together, can I get health insurance for my children based on my income?
My husband and I would like to get a divorce, but still live together for the kids, I am currently a stay at home mother. Am I then able to get health insurance based on my income as a stay at home mom for my children and myself?
I am in the process of building my work from home business however it has not taken off yet.
I have shopped for insurance and this is the cheapest that we could find for myself and two children. And we do not want to stay married.
Basically is this considered insurance fraud?
