Q: I live in a house for free can the owners tell me I can't have vistors
My parents gave me the house years ago. The put a gate with a lock on it and I can't have visitors

If they indeed transferred title to you, they have no right to tell you whether you can or can not do anything with the house. And you can tell them not to enter the premises (to put a gate in, or anything else). If they ignore your instructions, call the police.
A: They "gave" you the house? Does that mean that you are now the owner? It is your parents. I suggest that you listen to your parents and negotiate who can and who cannot visit.
