Q: Hey, I plead with diversion for 13-1203A1 and other minor charges in MHC, once its done will I get my gun back/rights?
Hey, I plead with diversion on my case which included the related charge 13-1203A1 along with 13-1602MI and 13-2904.MI. My right to bear arms was stripped at the start of the incident and from what I can see online I can't really figure out a definitive answer if I will get the seized firearm back along with my rights once diversion is complete. Oh and it was through mental health court if that changes anything.
