I'm pregnant now without work I don't know what to do. I'm dealing with more pain and I don't know if it's from pregnancy are what. I just don't see how they could put it all on me when I told the truth and the guy said he was driving 35 if he was he should have seen me with my blankers on. I did not see if all I felt was a big boom. My air bag did not deploy it knocked my car on a full tank my car is not drivable I just wants what's right. I have a child and bills this is something that needs yo be fixed. It shouldn't of happen. He has gotten away with something he cause by being on a phone instead of paying attention.

A: It is not clear whether you are asking about whether you can sue him in a civil action, are concerned about the traffic ticket, or both. You should make a claim with his insurance carrier for the damage to your car.
