Q: my ex and i are at the end of our PTI program from a felony charge back in 2013 but recently we got into an

altercation and he was charged with battery of domestic violence. what happens considering i had to write down what happened at the scene and TPD took pictures of me, do they put him in jail from what i wrote in the report and the photos they took of me?

A: You still have not given us much facts to go on here. Was he arrested yet? If not he will be taken to jail when he is arrested, most likely. This is a criminal law question. You ask what happens, and I have already explained the basics to you more than once. He will be charged with the crime of battery and will have to go to an arraignment and most likely pre trials every month until the case is resolved. If an acceptable plea bargain cannot be reached, then there will have to be a trial, and you would be required to testify at that trial, they cannot take what you have written and the photos, and use those at trial, you have to be there to testify about what happened.
