Q: will my income will help my wife(sponsor) for affidavit form in my AoS? I'm the applicant.
I filled my application for AoS, and I received a letter for initial evidence for affidavit form, because my wife who is my sponsor does not meet the income 125% for guideline poverty chart, but I also sent with my package my income (with my last 3 tax returns and my last 3 w2), so I don't know why they are sending that letter, because between my wife and me, our income is greater that 50k . What I should do?
