Q: i have a criminal law question.
a person traded their perscription drugs for heroin only to learn that the heroin is really dirt. the person that gave away their perscription drugs called the police and told them what happened. is it legal to convict the person that gave the other one dirt when the person that gave the perscription away did an illegal act to begin with
