Telling them who they can have come over and what they the resident can do around the property. My mother is one of them and this manager has her so nervious she is on blood pressure meds and nerve pills. She will purposely try to scare my mother, tell her where she can go and this is independent living apartments. Even lied to Sec8 so my mother lost it . Has pushed an elderly lady down and numerous complaints to corporate have been filed and they are aware but have done nothing. Has tried to have my mother evicted just went to city court today and luckly we won. A: Sorry, but in my opinion your mother doesn't have much of a case, and you are unlikely to find an attorney willing to take the case on a pro se basis (much less as a class action; class actions are much more complex and this fact pattern doesn't seem to merit a class action in any event). Also, you are even less likely to find a willing attorney on this forum; your best bet would be to call attorneys in your area.

Concerning the incidents of pushing, that would be a criminal assault; the police should have been notified.

You also might want to contact a elder-abuse organization in your area.

A: Edit: I should have written "pro bono" instead of "pro se".
