Q: Was told easy case to win but can he file bk on it?
I was hired in August 2014 to do a job in PA as a subcontractor.he was paid for the work December 2014 we are now in November 2015 and he admitted he blew the money. What can we do and can he get in trouble? Seems like embezzlement of his own company to me? I have all the documentation supporting this. I would like money plus interest as it has cause multiple interest payments on us because we paid all expenses for him to make profit and he took our expense money and labor money and blew it on personal use.
A: Perhaps. Go see a local attorney for a full discussion about this.
