Refund me.. I even have texts messages from the owner. Stating he had already sent out the refund. After 3weeks I made a dispute with my bank.. The guy denyed it.. I told them he personally told me he would refund me the money in full amount..even in the texts he says he did the refund. I never signed any papers.. And now I'm out 922.00 because this jerk has no integrity.. I need help.. I'm young and have very little money as is.. I want to take this to small claims court.. Do I have a good case?
