Q: Hi, I have applied for my EADi-765 for 2 times but still didnt get it and there is no response on my case from USCIS yet
Hi, I'm an International student applied for my EAD first time on march 2015 the case was approved and i did changed my address before card arrives but it went to the address which i gave earlier and couldn't get the card and status was card was undelivered for some reason and i have waited over 3 months still haven't got it had infinite calls to uscis and numerous Infopass appointments but no response at all , so i reapplied for the card on OCT 2015. they received the case and the money order was cashed on 28th OCT 2015 but didn't receive any receipt number and when i called and asked them on this they told me that we don't have any update and haven't received the case and now i don't know what to do with them they received the case and cashed the money order but they say we couldn't find the case . i have all the proofs that they received and the money order is cashed . could you please help me on this i don't know where to go. Thank you
A: Did you re-apply for the EAD or did you apply for a REPLACEMENT EAD?
