Q: I'm married w/kids. I desperately want to seperate/divorce, husband won't leave the house. What can I do?

A: New Jersey provides for different types of divorce including irreconcilable differences. You did not mention why he doesn't want to leave, or why do you want him to leave. These are things you need to discuss with a family law attorney. You should just file for divorce and the court will provide a remedy.
