Q: I want to get soul custody of my son the fathers job isn't garentee nor is his place of living

I want to know the likely hood of him getting any rights he's not safe going to his fathers he cut his girlfriends finger off his girlfriend hit him in the head with a glass bottle three glass at him cut open his arm I have pictures of him with guns he has a criminal record and is also an alcoholic he keeps threatening to take my son from me and if I take him to court for it he tells me he's going to kill me and take my son he threatens me hits me when I was 6 months pregnant with my son we were in an argument and he told me to watch my back because he was going to get me jumped and he was going to stomp me out what is the likely hood of me getting soul custody o don't want to try if they're going to give him rights while he's not stable
