Virginia Beach, VA asked in Criminal Law and Military Law for Virginia

Q: FALSELY ARRESTED on 1-14-16 at J E B Fort Story because I asked a question ! Her words " DISORDERLY CONDUCT !"

I don't drive, I have to use cabs that have a Base pass to be allowed to drop me off at my residence On JEB Fort Story, here in Va Bch , Va.

On 1-14-16, came back from the Mall, as usual, I gave the cabbie my VALID military dependent ID to hand over to guard to scan. I expected the normal routine, I was horribly wrong !

I notice that the cab turned around and left the base, I asked why and cabbie said guard told him ( Even though I have VALID ID & cabbie has VALID Base Pass) that she couldn't see my face, weird because when cabbie shuts off engine, open vehicle doors and opens trunk per guard instructions, the indoor cab light comes on ! My face is clearly VISIBLE and matches my ID .

I'm confused, I tell cabbie I'm going to pay him the $ 32.00 I owe him, and say that I'm going to ask why she was rude . I walk to Guard stop, ID in hand and give ID to same guard. After 5 mins. She gives ID back to me and I ask " Why were you so nasty & rude us ?" Is that DISORDERLY CONDUCT ?
