Q: Can i sue a company for banning me on their website for apparently breaking a policy which they have no proof of
i have been banned on draftkings for breaking a policy which they have no proof of and any accounts associated with mine will also be banned. However they are banning my fathers account and the only thing that account has in common is the ip address and obviously because we live in the same house. is there anything i can do
A: Sure you can file a lawsuit. Being able to afford an attorney and win a lawsuit and collect on a Judgment will be a lot more challenging. Good luck.
