I posted a statue on social media with a disclaimer “in my opinion “ and now an attorney says it is slander because I misinterpreted the statue. And discredited his work on a filed Resolution

Adding your opinion to something will generally not protect you against a possible slander law suit.

Most likely the agreement you signed when you became a member contained an arbitration clause. One clause in that agreement provides that you waive trial and agree to arbitrate any disputes.

You should never deposit a check like that unless you call the bank it is drawn on to verify the funds. Even as an attorney, I have gotten suspicious checks, and I always call. Report it to the NJ Dept of Banking and Insurance. You should not have a problem. Good luck.

Unfortunately it sounds like you are in the wrong and liable criminally for using the wrong card as ebay does have you choose a card number in the order form, and you are supposed to review and confirm this, thus your fault. Q: Who owns this furniture or am I entitled to any of it?

When I was with my ex her father bought us furniture for our apartment using his debit card, but under my accounts on Walmart.com and IKEA.com. They then kicked me out and kept all the furniture.

Several factors can apply but most information posted on the web is public and you have no right to privacy for most public information. If you need more specific information you will need to take an appointment with a lawyer which most will charge you for.

Assuming the TRO is limited to the assault, a non-consensual posting of sexually explicit photographs is a criminal offense at both the state and federal levels. You should contact a New Jersey Family Law attorney to get this resolved.

You can only get a restraining order if you had a relationship with the person and that means more than just friends.
