Q: I filed and receieved unemployment for four days i was in jail. I now have an interview what penalties can i expect?
Nj unemployment..I recently spent four days in jail. I had my wife file for me online while i was on the phone with her. The next week when i tried to file i was notified that my claim was not payable at this time and that an interview was scheduled. The reason is i may be or may have been unavailable for work. How should i handle the interview and what penalties can i expect?
