Asked in Criminal Law for Arkansas

Q: do I need an attorney?

I was put on unsupervised probation for a year for a driving ticket that was taken off of my record. Although, I am a college student and recently attended a frat party where my friends and I went outside to grab a drink. The police were called by the neighboring frat house because individuals at the party I was at were throwing bottles at their house. However, this was not us. Although we were on the scene at that time (unaware of what was happening), and even though we weren't throwing the bottles, we were handcuffed and taken to jail for MIP. Please help and advise on what I should do to remove or shorten the consequences that are ahead.

A: It sounds like you need to call a Criminal Defense Attorney and discuss your case.
