Baltimore, MD asked in Uncategorized for Maryland

Q: I was made executor of my sons estate when he was killed in auto accident in 2006.

I paid all bills associated with this but made some very bad decisions such as not filing inventory or following thru with any other kind of responsibilitys such as giving monies to his mother. What can the state do to me and how can i rectify my mistakes. I have changed my way of life now and want to make this right. I live in NC Also is there a statute of limitations on this.

A: I'm not sure I totally understand your question. I'm doubt the state is looking to bring a claim against you but I don't know the specifics. Good job getting your life together. God bless!
