Q: Can a person keep a dog that was never fully signed over to them and break there own words they stated to me in messages
A woman claims to be a rescue and has at least 16 admitted dogs on her premises she got my dog and stated she would train her and if she kept her or rehomed her she would replace with a puppy from her litter or she would return her she has now claimed she doesn't have to return her even tho i never officially signed her over and she claims my dog has worms and other things that she refuses to prove and refuses to return my dog what can i do about this situation i am located in pa but her and my dog are located in Wadsworth ohio
A: The first thing I would try is calling the Wadsworth PD and telling them a woman found your dog and refuses to return it to you.
