Cabot, AR asked in Criminal Law and Civil Rights for Arkansas

Q: What can I do about a ride along that was impersonating to be a officer sexually harrised and questioning me?

A state police officer pulled me and my boyfriend over and I was pulled out of my car and questioned and sexually harassed by who I assumed was a police but was a ride along. Since every state police has to video every stop that video could prove what happened the embarrassment and humiliation the civilian also escorted me into the county jail with the state police office after searching my car once not finding anything letting me go and over a hour later 5 police cars came sliding in where I was parked on my cell and tore my car apart which was a illegal search and arresting me on a straw out of the wrapper and a pill which one of the 5 officers said all the markerings were to rubbed off to identify I lost my job and everything never been in any kind of trouble in my life
