We already had our status conference and could not agree. The final hearing is on May 2. The father is seeking additional parenting time. He currently has every other weekend and wed nights. He wants additional time added during the week. I just found out that our child is eligible for kindergarten, my town has a new program allowing kids who turn five between Sept 2 and Sept 30 to apply to enter. This is a new development that outs sure to affect the judges desicion, as the father did not live in the same town. And also the concert for before/after school care would only cover days. The child is with me. How can I let the judge know this? I tried writing a letter but it was not read by the judge.
