Q: How do I find a doctor to do my rotator cuff surgery? I work part time and do not have insurance.
I make too much to qualify for TANF, and I can't afford the 500/month for Obama Care, so I'm exempt. It took more than 90 days to get Workmens Comp claim approved. My lawyer says go ahead and schedule the surgery and WC will pay. To make the online appointment, doctors want to know my insurance, but I don't have insurance. I live in PA.
