Q: How do I transfer a percentage of my property interest to my spouse on property I inherited through probate?

The deed is in my name. In order to get the "over 65" property tax exemption and also to allow my husband to obtain a business loan to build on the property, I want to add him to the deed. I've researched the issue and I've seen this done by Community Interest Special Warranty Deed, General Warranty Deed or Quit Claim Deed. Which form is best for this purpose?
