Q: autistic six-year-old son has been being sexually assaulted in Riverton Elementary School what lawyer is best fit

The Jordan School District is doing nothing about it but covering their own self and not worrying about the safety and well being of my child. The press knows and I as a protective parent am not going to stop until those responsible are held accountable

A: Cases against public and government entities can be quite challenging. I recommend you retain the services of an attorney who has handled child abuse cases of this nature. I cannot recommend a specific attorney in this forum due to the rules of this forum but I do know that there are a number of qualified attorneys in California who handle these matters. Schedule a consultation with an attorney as soon as possible. Most attorneys who handle these matters will provide you with a free consultation and (if the case is accepted for representation) will handle the case on a contingency basis.
