Q: Can a lawful alien permanent resident (green hard holder) purchase a gun in Mississippi?
My wife's dad is a UK citizen and is a permanent resident (green card holder). He lives in Mississippi for many years. Can he purchase a firearm for home defense or hunting? Does he needs a hunting license or firearm permit to purchase the gun? Thanks!
