Q: Hi! I'm a LPR and currently my US citizenship is in process, my daughter has immigrant visa that will expire on August.

My daughter immigrant visa will expire on August 15, 2016. My 15yr old daughter has a special needs. I was applied a tourist visa for her caregiver who is taking care of her since she's 2yrs old. I need her caregiver for her travel for me and my daughter adjuments for her care. The purpose of travel is to repay her kindness to visit us and giving her free travel here in US and acompany my daughter during her travel coz she's more comfortable with her than anybody else. During her schedule interview those persons managing the line to get inside the embassy told her to apply for domestic employee and didn't let her to go inside the embassy. Am i eligible as her sponsor because I'm green card holder? What I'm going to do? My daughter's teraphist and doctor gave a recommendation for the caregiver to accompany my daughter during her travel.
