Q: How my parents can maintain their PR status by coming here in USA after each one year.
My Parents are Permanenbt Resident of USA. But because of my grandmother health issues who is living in India, My parents has to live in India for near about one year. When This year my parents came, Immigration officer strictly asked them to stay here in USA for at least 6 months. He said if they will leave USA in any case before 6 months, He will cancel their green cards. My Parents gonna live here permanently now Because I am pregnant, But they are planning to Sell one property back there in India in 2 months (which is very important)and then will come back permanently and at the same time we don't want them to lose their PR. What should be do now?
