Q: Easy question just had carpal surgery an cubital surgery they moved ulner nerve .I'm also borderline diabetic
Do i have a case?? I'm a commercial painter all mylife.also same has to be done to right arm an hand next year as well.
A:
You could very well have a case depending on a few factors. Under Maryland workers comp law this would be an occupational disease developed from repetitive motion. I can certainly see how a painter would develop carpal and cubital tunnel syndromes. You would need to have a doctor indicate that your injuries are because of the work you do. I would suggest you get an attorney involved as soon as possible to assist in your case. There are many benefits available under Maryland Law that can assist you financially and medically. Also, if you are unable to return to your job vocational counseling may be available.
Good Luck

A: You have asked this question under the medical malpractice section. If you are asking whether you have a malpractice claim, the answer would be that we would have no idea without seeing your medical records. But I'm not even sure what the claim would be in this case.
