Q: As the beneficiary of my father Will how do i receive the pay out from his truck company and life insurance?
He died in a trucking accident and I being the next in line in the family was made the beneficiary. I have talked to multiple people and none of them have been able to help. My brother and I are suppose to receive money each month and that has not started yet either. What do i need to do to get the company to give us the money?
A: Life insurance goes to you as beneficiary. You need to call the company --they may ge waiting on some paperwork. The other payment I'm not sure about. Why not contact a member of the Fla. Trial Lawyers Assn? They give free consultations.
