Q: My husband blame me I'm scammer to get married for coming to USA. What happens If I go back my country.
I came from Thailand to USA with K-1 Visa. And I just got married with him ( He is U.S. citizen) on 1th of June. But he always did emotion abuse to me. Now he took my Social security number , He never give me money to buy stuff by myself and lock door and turn alarm on when he goes to work. And he said he can leave me go back home but I have to pay him money back 2 million (for his help to take me to USA,some money he gave it to me before and money to travel together) . But I don't have money. I quit job to come to USA. I feel so stressed and I want to know he can sue me I'm scammer or not? Before I have sound clip when he did emotion abuse but he found it and deleted it already.
and 1 more question I paid my mortgage in Thailand 10 month Bank got money from my work, He send money to me for help some month. After that he send money for me to pay it. Now he said the house is not mine. It's his house. Is it right or not? He try to make me sign the paper if I leave I have topay 2million

It doesn't sound like you are a scammer. It sounds like he is abusive. You need to speak privately with an immigration attorney about the protections you may have under the Violence Against Women Act. This law permits foreign women who are abused by their American husbands to remain in the US and get some help leaving the abusive relationship. Your local legal aid society can help, if you are unable to afford an attorney.
Who owns the house in Thailand is a matter of Thai law, not American law, but I doubt he owns it. He cannot make you sign a paper saying you will pay him money if you leave him.
