Q: Do I Have a Medical Malpractice and Negligence Case.I Feel my Psychiatrist Should be Held Accountable For My Injuries.
I was Prescribed a Anti- Depression Medication - Duloxtine 60mg by My Psychiatrist That I Had A Severe Allergic Interaction with.My Psychiatrist was Very Aware of and Had a List of all thee Medication's that I took on a Daily Basis including my High Blood Pressure Medication - Lisiniprol 20mg.I asked Him if it was Safe for me to Take thee Duloxtine while Taking my Other Medication's and his Response was " Yes" you will have No Problems!!! Any Patient that Takes thee Prescription Lisiniprol for High Blood Pressure and is Prescribed Duloxtine by there Psychiatrist Must be Monitored Very Closely Because Thee Two Medication's Together Put a Patient in a Very Extreme High Risk of there Electrolyte imbalance Going So Low to Where they go in thee State of Hyponatremia and or Black out.Which is Exactly What Happened to Me and I Fell Down my Daughters Basement Steps and was Rushed to thee Hospital with Acute Subdural Hematoma and also Had to Have 7 Staples Inserted into my Head.
A: I think this is a duplicate post. Contact a member of the state of Washington Assn for Justice who handles malpractice issues-they give free consultations.
