Q: Will Alabama dhr serve someone at their Job if they are state employed?
The ncp in my case is moving out of town and will not tell me where. However, he works at a state correctional facility in Bessemer and I was wondering would they serve him there if they can not locate a home address?
A: If they can't yes. His attorney may want to know that so that he can make arrangements to make nice nice.
