We told Ppl that live next door our dog bits can we still get in trouble if they come in our yard and get bit
A: If they come in your yard, having been warned, then they have assumed the risk of injury. From a dog law standpoint you won't get in trouble. If they get bit and make a claim, doesn't mean you are in trouble, just that they don't get it. Turn any claim over to your homeowners insurance.
