Q: Been on wcomp since Feb 9th with a neck injury finally had surgery 3 weeks ago still in alot of pain what are my options

See my surgeon on Aug 31 I have a very demanding labor and heavy lifting job what can I do if surgeon sendse back to work I had fusion surgery

A: Unless you can get an out of work note, then try for a light duty work restriction.

A: Most people don't tell doctors what their job involves. "Truck driver" can mean different things at different jobsites. So

if the back to work comes up then let Dr. know what is involved. Unlikely to send you back this soon. If injury from

a source outside of work--a truck not from your employer--you may have other avenues to look at. If you need a referral to a workers comp lawyer in Eastern PA let me know.
