Q: My mother in law want's to know if it's possible for a probation office to put a P.S.I on her from a case that happened
My mother in law want's to know if it's possible for a probation office to put a P.S.I on her from a case that happened 8 years ago, on a different case this year, because my mother in law is trying to see her son and since 2008 she has been able to visit him in prison couple of times since then, her son wasn't found guilty and it did get thru out of court back in 2008, can you please help us???
