A: Meet with your Child Support Enforcement Officer or Attorney that is representing you. They should be able to look into your case and see if the matter was continued, or passed. Often child support cases do not address custody, so you may have to open another case - to get the court to address issues of custody and visitation. A family court lawyer should be able to help you. If you are not the custodial parent, you may not be entitled to child support but this is best discerned after reviewing the specific documents in your case.
