Asked in Divorce and Family Law for Massachusetts

Q: My Husband loaded his stuff and left me. I'm on disability since 2010 we were married Halloween 2009.

He changed the bank accounts where his personal account gets most of his check and our joint account gets 350 and is always over drawn. He Claims he Doesn't feel the same way about me anymore. Of course from our phone bill he's been in contact with someone else since he's started acting sketchy. Says He's not getting screwed over like in the Past.I'm his 3rd marriage and he's got 4 boy's he never sees. He apparently gets BORED AND MOVES ON. My family helped us file bankruptcy which now I'm screwed into paying them Back. I get 1196.00 a month on social security. 900 for rent. Plus in November HD went and got another car but needed my Credit cause he bought himself a car in February. Real nice Guy Didn't put me on the registration just on the LOAN. Of course I didn't think anything of it except that he really wanted me to have a Nice Car. All I can hear him saying is I'm Weak and don't stand up for myself and I help my kids and Family out to Much. Please help me know what to do. Thanks
