mother and son moved out of state and she refused to let my husband see his son before they left. She refused to let him see his son for the majority of the 5 years. She did not let no one know that she was moving out of state. I found out due to social network by being a snoop. What can my husband do?

A: Sue her for visitation. She has only six months, after the child is first present in the other state, to file suit in the Florida court. After that time, the courts of the other state will have exclusive jurisdiction to decide custody and visitation.

Child support and visitation are separate issues. The fact that he has been ordered to pay child support is separate from custody or visitation.
