Q: Question about TPS re - registration for Nepal?
I was previously granted TPS and recently the TPS has been extended until 2018. My question is kind of dumb but as I read through USCIS website I couldn't find the specific answer. I understand that I will have to re - register and fill out the form I-821 for TPS and I-765 for EAD, so do I again have to include evidence of nationality and identity , evidence of continuous residence and date of entry evidence as required by the Form I-821 instructions? (copies of passport, bills, national identity documents, I - 94 etc). Or do I just fill out the forms and mail them?
