Q: I failed to yield to a fire truck about a week ago. I didn't get pulled over, but will i get a ticket in the mail?

It's certainly possible, but extremely unlikely.
It sounds like the police would have to have your license plate number, then issue the ticket to the registered owner and just hope that the registered owner was the driver that day. Generally that is impossible to prove, so that type of ticket normally doesn't get written.
You can always call the local court (district and/or municipal) and ask them to check your name in the system and see if a ticket has been issued.
They would normally mail the ticket to the address that DOL has on file for you, so you may want to make sure that your address is current with DOL to make sure you get notice in the mail, in the event that they do cite you.
