I have Sole custody of our 2 children, he has 8 hours of visitation per week, he does not have us on his health plan... neither of my 2 jobs offers health insurance so we have state insurance. I receive $600 per month and am responsible for all school costs, childcare costs, any and all extracurricular activities, sports, camps etc. I also have a civil NCO indefinitely and he refuses to communicate with 3rd appointed mediator and have no other options left and no way of communicating with him regarding 2 children ages 11 & 8.
