Table 9 gives you the timing:
5.6 months from notice of appeal to filing of last brief
2.0 months from filing of last brief to oral argument or submission on the briefs.
So that brings you to 7.6 months as the time when it is heard. And then 2.9 from Hearing
to Final Disposition.
