Somerdale, NJ asked in Family Law and Probate for New Jersey

Q: My sister is the beneficiary of my mom's will. She won't execute any of it and is making her own rules

My mom passed a little over a year ago. I used my life insurance to keep the house from foreclosure plus$1,5000 just to get my sister to claim beneficiary of Will. Since she did she is trying to make her own rules. Making my dad as owner of house when he's not in will plus the rest of the money we should receive she won't give me my share. The Will states that if she is not o of right sound of mind than it f falls to me. I can't take her to court since all my money went into the house and she isn't doing anything the will states which will put this house in foreclosure. I need help really bad.
