Q: daughter has custody of grandson the father has him weekends court ordered doesn't pay support she like him Xmas eve

and let father have him 3 pm Xmas eve to the next weekend father says she in content of course if there's weekends where he won't take him does that make him in contempt he doesn't pay any support and she does what she can and the things that a father should be giving him myself and her father pay for she is the one that said he could have every week end court said every other

what can she do to have him Xmas ever is he in contempt is he says he is to busy on a week end.he doesn't work and threaten her to take her to court all the time.she works 40 plus hours to feed house him and give him a good life can you help
